Promoting and being involved in economic development activities in the community by providing training, counseling, and mentoring programs to attract new industry and encourage the development of business and other community resources; relieving the burdens of government; providing loans and financial assistance to promote community development and combat community deterioration and economic blight.

In 2020, Grow deployed 55 loans and deployed $587,000 to local businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.
