GROW provides numerous resources and programs for entrepreneurs who have been in business more than two years and have a consistent revenue stream but need help in taking the next step.
EmpowerHER
GROW’s new EmpowerHER program has been designed with the needs of growth-stage business owners in mind. EmpowerHER is a cohort-based, year-long training program for women entrepreneurs who have been in business for at least a year and are looking for assistance with stabilizing and/or growing their companies.
As a program participant, you will be provided with the foundational tools you need to build capacity, develop your customer base, and increase revenue. The program begins with an in-depth assessment and analysis of your business, including financials, key performance indicators, marketing plans, and operations. Working in conjunction with GROW staff and our pool of business consultants, you will set strategic goals as well as a plan to reach them. Success is achieved through regular meetings with consultants and coaches who facilitate accountability to your strategic goals.

Workshops and Training
The GROW Connects series is designed to connect new and growing businesses with experts in various fields. Each session focuses on a different topic relevant to your business: social media, intellectual property, accounting, business insurance, and many more. The goal is to equip you with the skills and expertise you need to effectively grow your business. Business Wellness Check-up Program
This program provides ongoing mentoring support for business owners. Business owners team up with GROW business experts to discuss their business concerns. The team meets on a regular basis to work on strategic plans and other issues. To learn more about qualifications for this program, contact GROW or call 616.458.3404.
Microlending
Are you looking to expand your business but need some financial assistance? GROW’s microloan program can help. Loans range from $1,000 to $50,000 and can be used for working capital or for purchases of equipment, supplies, inventory, or materials.
