Bonnie Nawara, CEO
Bonnie ran a successful business for over 20 years, and she also spent six years in the area of non-profit fund development. Bonnie has been with GROW since September, 2010. As CEO, Bonnie is responsible for overseeing all GROW operations.
Emily Bushell, Financial Administrator
Emily became a member of the GROW staff in June of 2011, shortly after graduating from Hope College. She is responsible for bookkeeping, manages the organization's databases, and provides administrative support to all departments.
William Hahn, Microloan Program Manager
Bill is GROW’s Microlending Program Manager and is responsible for the loan vetting process, marketing and on going business assistance to borrowers. Bill brings to GROW over 15 years in management experience primarily in banking, sales, logistics, and working with volunteers.
Tom Heinz, Program Manager
Tom has been involved with non-profits for over twenty years as both a volunteer and staff person. Additionally, he has also owned a successful small business. Tom is responsible for GROW's programming and also does business counseling.
Adrienne Asselmeier, Director of Marketing and Communications
Adrienne became a member of the GROW staff in August 2012. She has been involved with non-profits since 2008 and graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2010. Adrienne is responsible for writing about and communicating the message of GROW through social media and marketing outreach.
Demitria Sneed, Administrative Assistant
Demitria joined the GROW staff in September 2012. She is an alumnus of Grand Valley State University. She has been very active in community and student organizations. Demitria is our Administrative Assistant, a new position at GROW.
