GROW Welcomes Jamaal Ewing
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., October 31, 2014 – Grand Rapids Opportunities for Women (GROW) is pleased to announce the hiring of Jamaal Ewing.
GROW is happy to announce that Jamaal Ewing has accepted the position as GROW’s Microloan Program Manager. Jamaal is an experienced banking and lending professional, with over seven years of experience in investments, loans and business lending in the West Michigan area. Jamaal received his MBA and Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University – Haworth College.
We are excited to have Jamaal join the GROW team.

GROW Announces New Hires
Mary Brown and Danielle Brauer to join GROW staff
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., July 30, 2014 – Grand Rapids Opportunities for Women (GROW) is pleased to announce the hiring of two new staff members, Mary Brown and Danielle Brauer.
GROW is happy to announce that Mary Brown has accepted the position as GROW’s new Program Manager. Mary is an experienced Organizational Learning and Development professional, with over 12 years of experience in guiding organizational effectiveness, talent development and performance management. Mary has extensive knowledge in Human Centered Design methods, designing, developing and launching training programs, as well as entrepreneurial experience. Mary is pursuing her Doctorate at Pepperdine University, she has her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
GROW also welcomes to its staff, Danielle Brauer as the new Financial Manager. Danielle received her degree in Accounting Information Management from Davenport University. Danielle comes to us with experience in accounting practices while working for some of our community’s largest restaurant groups. Danielle will be responsible for the financial aspects of GROW as well as the SBA financial reporting.
We are excited to have Mary and Danielle join the GROW team.
